RATES
Our standard self-pay rate for therapy sessions is $125 per session, payable prior to each session.

Additionally, upon request, we can provide a superbill for potential insurance reimbursement, assisting you with necessary documentation.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made via Credit Card and/or HSA/Flex Spending cards.
INSURANCE
We accept insurance from BCBS of Alabama, Aetna, Cigna, and Optum, which may cover therapy sessions partially or in full.
Given the unpredictability of insurance coverage, we recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to confirm our network inclusion and to clarify any deductible or co-payment particulars.
SCHEDULING
Tailored Counseling Services operates entirely in the virtual realm, handling all inquiries and scheduling exclusively via email. TELEHEALTH
We exclusively offering telehealth appointments using a secure HIPAA platform SimplePractice. Our commitment to providing high-quality care remains unwavering, and we have designed our telehealth services to ensure a seamless and secure virtual experience for all our clients.
